Objective:

Destroy your opponent’s base by knocking down all the pins around it and striking the base, while avoiding or using the minefield to your advantage.

Setup:

1. Players: 2 players (can be expanded to 4 players with additional dice and pins).

2. Dice Symbols and Effects:

  • 💀 (Skull): Lose a puck.
  • ❤️ (Heart): Gain a puck (up to 3 pucks maximum).
  • ➕ (Plus): Add a defence (skittle).
  • 🧱 (Four Squares/BUILD): Remove the mine (dice) from your opponent’s playing area, roll it, and place it in your area as an extra mine.
  • 💎 (Diamond): Remove the diamond mine (dice) and choose any other dice from your opponent’s playing area.
  • (Kugo Logo): Swap base health with your opponent’s base.

3. Base Setup: Each player takes 1 large block as their base and places it on their side of the playing area with 4 pins around it in any configuration.

4. Dice Placement: Each player has 9 dice. Place these dice anywhere in your territory to build your minefiled. You must have 4 skull dice and one of each other dice face showing:

  • 4x 💀Skull
  • 1x ❤️ Heart
  • 1x 🧱 Build
  • 1x KUGO
  • 1x 💎Diamond
  • 1x ➕ Plus

5. Starting Player: The youngest player flicks a puck like a coin. The other player calls “heads” or “tails.” If they’re right, they decide who goes first.

Gameplay:

Turns:

Players take turns flicking their pucks from within their territory, aiming to hit the bases defence (skittle) or knocking out a mine.

Players start with 2 pucks each, representing their lives. They can have up to 3 pucks if they gain hearts.

Contact Rules:

When a puck makes contact with a mine (dice), remove the dice from the playing area and apply its effect immediately.

If a puck hits multiple dice, apply each dice’s effect in the order they were hit. If a dice knocks into another dice or skittle they remain on the playing area.

Base and Pin Contact:

When a puck contacts an opponent’s base or one of their pins, remove the pin from the game. If all pins are knocked down, the base is vulnerable.

The puck is returned to the player’s territory after each shot.

Losing Lives and Recovery:

If a player loses all their pucks, they must roll a dice on their turn until they get a heart. They can’t take any other action until they regain at least one puck.

Winning the Game:

The game ends when one player’s base is struck directly after all pins are knocked down. The player who successfully destroys the opponent’s base first wins.
