We started by sketching out components we might need to play all the games we’d thought of.

For this game to be sold in shops we wanted it to be long-lasting. We didn’t want plastic pieces or weak pieces that could easily break. With a shed full of off-cuts of wood and some rusty tools we started to turn the sketches into reality.

After some rough sawing, and a bit of sanding we created our first wooden blocks and a “puck” as our main moving piece!

Eagerly, we tested our new game.
