To protect our company and our brand, we must ensure that any game ideas submitted to us come with an appropriate waiver of intellectual property rights. This allows us to review, develop, and potentially publish your ideas without any legal complications.

You irrevocably and unconditionally waive any and all rights, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights, moral rights, and proprietary rights, that you may have in and to the Game Idea.

KUGO Games shall have the sole and exclusive right to use, modify, develop, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from the Game Idea in any manner and for any purpose, without any further compensation to you.

KUGO Games is under no obligation to use, develop, or implement the Game Idea in any way.

You represent and warrant that the Game Idea is original and that you have the full right and authority to waive the rights herein granted.

You represent and warrant that the execution and performance of this Agreement does not and will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party or by which you are bound.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of this Agreement, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

No amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Intellectual Property Rights Waiver Agreement as of the date set forth below.
